We prepare all candidates for every interview to ensure the best dialogue during the actual interviews between the client and the candidates.
We pre-close the candidates so if our clients need advise for the offer, or like us to present the offer to the candidates we are prepared to give the best possible service.
We have started, and will continue to develop, video interviews recorded so if the client like to see the body language of the candidate, we will shortly have a implemented model to accommodate this.
We have started to explore the video media in the initial attraction phase, for clients who are interested, we will make a video instead of the job description, mainly for mass recruitment for like graduates where we can display the values, culture etc., via interviews with company executives.
We are working with international partners with in assessment, surveys and insurance.
